Nokia
The mighty Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia took a major plunge today in OMXH and later in NYSE losing company value of over 2 billion euros. This was caused by Nokia`s profit warning for Q1.
The most frightening thing is that Nokia`s stock hasn`t moved either way for about a year. Some small positive vibrations have been seen as the stock reached the price of five euros during the unvieling of the Lumia Series. But then when some "expert" said something that Lumias wont sell enough the stock drops 10%. These expert opinions have an absolute too great effect on the companys overall status. And the most frightening thing is that positive news ja press releases don`t effect the status at all. It is just unnatural and odd. There are so many things loaded in Nokia`s barrel, why wont it fire? Good news, farely good future plans a good number of mobile phones sold every Q, non-smartphones. No reaction on stock, nothing. This sounds very dodgy and is at. You would think Nokia as a helium balloon, cut the rope and it will fly, but something is holding it back. Alliances with great brands, great product relases. The future is up to consumers, trends and innovative inventions.
